6. Orders & Personalisation
Many of our products are made to order, while others are ready-made and dispatched directly. Personalised items are created specifically using the names, dates, or messages you provide — so please double-check spelling and details carefully before confirming your order, as we are not responsible for errors in the information supplied to us.
Tip: We'll always confirm personalisation details with you before starting your order, so you have the chance to check everything is correct.
7. Payment
Payment is currently taken by bank transfer. For your security, we do not publish our bank account details publicly on this website. Once your order is confirmed, you can request payment details securely via our "Pay for Goods" page, and we will respond directly to your enquiry.
This approach helps protect both you and us from scams or impersonation by third parties pretending to be our business.
8. Delivery
We offer local collection and delivery within Belfast, as well as postal delivery across the UK and Ireland. Delivery timeframes will be confirmed with you when your order is placed, and may vary depending on the season (for example, during Christmas or Communion season).
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Personalised items: Because personalised and made-to-order items are created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these once production has begun — unless the item arrives damaged or faulty, in which case please see below.
Ready-made items: If you are unhappy with a ready-made (non-personalised) item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we will do our best to help.
Faulty or damaged items: If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or resolution.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
10. Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Any cookies used are strictly limited to those necessary for the basic functioning of the site (for example, enabling our contact forms to work).
